Custom Financial Models for Ag Professionals

Branded to your firm. Tailored to your workflow. Built by someone who actually understands agriculture.

If you're an ag lender, attorney, CPA, insurance agent, consultant, grain elevator, dealership, or commodity broker — you already know how much time gets lost to disorganized intake, manual calculations, position tracking, and outdated templates.

I build custom Excel models that fix that.

Who This Is For

Ag Lenders — Farm Credit, FSA, regional banks, and ag-focused community banks. Borrower intake worksheets, balance sheet templates, scorecards, loan eligibility checklists, and ratio analysis tools branded to your institution.

Estate Planning & Ag Attorneys — Farm succession intake workbooks, asset inventory templates, heir equalization models, and entity structure comparison tools. Reduce 2 hours of consultation prep to 20 minutes.

CPAs & Tax Preparers — Schedule F workbooks customized for your farm clients, depreciation schedules, quarterly estimate calculators, and 1099 tracking systems that integrate with your existing workflow.

Insurance Agents — MPCI/SCO/ECO crop coverage comparison tools, LRP analysis for cattle and hog producers, indemnity scenario calculators, and policy bundling worksheets branded to your agency. Hand your clients something that looks sharp and helps them make better decisions.

Ag Consultants & Nutritionists — Ration calculators, breakeven models, closeout templates, and herd performance dashboards customized for your service offerings.

Grain Elevators & Dealerships — Basis and margin management trackers, grain inventory dashboards, storage income calculators, drying and shrink worksheets, and daily position reports. Built by someone who understands how your margins actually work.

Commodity Hedgers & Brokers — Hedge position trackers, options strategy calculators, margin call projectors, basis contract trackers, and branded client hedge reports you can send to every farm customer. Calculation tools that support your decisions — they never make them for you.

How It Works

Step 1 — Inquiry. Email me what you have in mind. Even a rough description works — "I need something for borrower intake that pulls a balance sheet and key ratios" is enough to start.

Step 2 — Scope call. We do a 20-30 minute call to nail down exactly what you need, who'll use it, and what should be in it. I'll send back a written scope and a fixed price.

Step 3 — Contract & deposit. You sign a simple agreement covering scope, timeline, and ownership. 50% deposit gets the work started.

Step 4 — Build. I build the workbook. Most projects deliver in 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

Step 5 — Revisions. Two rounds of revisions are included. We refine until it works exactly how you need it to.

Step 6 — Branding & delivery. You send me your logo, colors, and your firm's disclaimer language. Final 50% on delivery.

  • Built for your internal use. Use it with clients in your office; the file stays with you. Best for intake worksheets, calculation tools, and internal analysis templates.

  • Built for distribution to your clients. Your firm's logo, your contact info, your disclaimers. You can email it to every borrower, every estate planning client, every grower. Best for marketing tools and client-facing deliverables.

  • For projects that need annual updates — tax law changes, new RMA rates, updated IRS forms, current ag program rules. I update the workbook every year, you redistribute the new version to your clients. Best for crop insurance tools, tax prep workbooks, and anything tied to data that changes.

Farm Wife Financials LLC builds custom Excel workbooks for ag professionals.
