Every load from field to bin to buyer in one file: what's in each bin, what's sold and still on hand, what moisture costs, and whether each settlement matches the schedule you entered.
Setup
Your crops, buyers, bins, fields and trucks, set once. Base moisture and shrink or discount rates for each crop, with an override for any buyer that figures moisture differently.
Buyer Schedules
For buyers who charge a flat rate across a moisture range. Type each band once, and every load that falls in it is charged from the table.
Scale Tickets
One row per load, with room for 1,200. Bushels, moisture charge, dock and net value calculate. Type the settled bushels and dock from each settlement to see the difference.
Bins
What's in each bin now, percent full, space left, and estimated bushels once dried to base.
Fields
Yield monitor next to the gross bushels the tickets say came off each field, plus totals by truck.
Check & Reconcile

What Moisture Costs
What a wet load costs at two buyers and at your own dryer, from base moisture up to 15 points over, plus the weight lost when grain is harvested below base.
