Schedule C & 1099 Tracker
Hand your CPA an organized file.
Rates & Limits
Every IRS figure the workbook uses, in one place — mileage rates and the date they change mid-year, the meals percentage, the home-office rate and cap, and the self-employment tax figures. Check them once a year and nothing else needs touching.
Income
Log every income transaction. Categories mapped to Schedule C lines — gross receipts for services, products and other sales, returns and allowances, scrap sales, interest and finance charges, refunds and rebates, and more. Schedule C line fills based on dropdown category selection.
Expenses
Expense categories mapped to Schedule C lines including the three-part interest line and Part V other expenses. Log date, payee, category, amount, and check number. Drafts a visual breakdown matching Schedule C categories for easy reference.
Mileage Log
Business miles by trip, priced by the date of each trip so a mid-year rate change is handled automatically. Parking and tolls tracked separately. Totals carry to Schedule C line 9.
1099 Tracker
Track who you paid and how much, by category and as a whole-year total per payee. W-9 and 1099-sent columns, entity type and form type recorded per your CPA.
Schedule C Summary
Every income and expense category totals and maps to the Schedule C line number, through to net profit on line 31. Includes cost of goods sold, itemized other expenses, a self-employment tax estimate, and a check that every row you logged is counted.
Monthly Summary
All income and expense categories broken out by month, calculated from your log entries. Net income per month showing seasonal cash flow pattern, and a reconciliation showing how the monthly view ties back to net profit.
